At Sanford Sport Management, our work is rooted in the experiences we had growing up in sport. We understand what makes tournaments both competitive and enjoyable, what teams value most in accommodations, and how shared experiences early in a season can help build connection and chemistry. Having experienced the fun, challenges, and success that come with youth and team sports, our goal is to provide teams with opportunities to create long-lasting memories, strong friendships, and meaningful moments that extend far beyond the game.

Our hockey expertise is grounded in lived experience at the highest levels of the game. Members of our team grew up playing in the GTHL and competing in elite tournaments across Canada and the United States. That firsthand exposure to competitive schedules, travel demands, and team environments gives us a clear understanding of what hockey programs need to operate efficiently and successfully throughout a long season.

Our lacrosse expertise is built on high-level playing experience across both Canadian and U.S. pathways. Members of our team developed through elite lacrosse programs, with experience that includes competing at the Division I level in the NCAA as well as within Canadian university programs. This blended background gives us a nuanced understanding of the demands placed on lacrosse teams, from competition schedules to travel and team dynamics.

Our volleyball expertise comes from a deep connection to the competitive and organizational side of the sport. Members of our team have competed at a high level, earned national championship titles, and played key roles in building and organizing volleyball leagues. Today, that experience continues through active coaching with a high-performance volleyball club, giving us current, practical insight into the needs of athletes, coaches, and programs in an evolving competitive landscape.
