Tanner Sanford
Tanner Sanford is a sport management professional and MBA graduate from Brock University. He played 9 years in the GTHL and coached in the OWHA for 4 years, gaining experience in both player development and team operations. Tanner has worked with the Peterborough Petes (OHL) and served as a video coach for the Buffalo Beauts (NWHL).

Carson Currie is a sport management graduate from Brock University with a background in hockey, baseball, and event coordination. He currently works as an Events Coordinator at Horseshoe Resort, where he helps plan and execute a wide range of sports and corporate events. Carson brings strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to our team.

Jack Parolin
Josh Hadden is a Brock University sport-management graduate specializing in soccer and volleyball development. A former high-level youth athlete, he coaches pre-varsity players at 416 Volleyball Club. Josh coordinated provincial leagues for the Ontario Volleyball Association, managing schedules, registrations, venues, and standings, strengthening his event management and athlete support skills.

Jack is a former NCAA Division I lacrosse player for the Mercer Bears with deep roots in the Canadian lacrosse community. He grew up playing for Toronto Beaches and Edge Lacrosse, developing into a high-level competitor and leader on the field. Jack also brings coaching and program leadership experience, having served as Head of Box Lacro

Jack also brings coaching and program leadership experience, having served as Head of Box Lacrosse in North Carolina, where he helped grow the sport and mentor the next generation of athletes.

Jacob White is a Brock University sport management graduate with experience coaching volleyball and managing leagues. He coaches at 416 Volleyball Club and has coordinated tournaments for the Ontario Volleyball Association. Jacob also supported the Greater Toronto Hockey League with registrations and event assistance, showcasing strong organizational skills.

Conor is a former varsity lacrosse athlete who competed for four seasons with the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees. Before his university career, he played high school lacrosse at St. Michael’s College, where he developed his foundation in the sport. Conor’s experience at both the high school and varsity levels has strengthened his leadership, teamwork, and athlete development skills.
